Studio Policies

 

GENERAL

Maison Pilates aims to run all classes and services as scheduled; however, unforeseen circumstances may require timetable changes or cancellations.


LATE ENTRY

For the safety of clients and instructors (and out of respect for the room), no entry is permitted 5 minutes after class starts. Waitlisted spots are released at class time. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in. No refunds or credits for denied entry due to lateness. 

 

CLASS CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Maison Pilates is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation for classes that are delayed, changed, or canceled for any reason, including when a class is full and you’re unable to book.


GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED (REFORMER)

Grip socks must be worn in all Reformer sessions. Bare feet are not allowed on the carriage for hygiene and safety. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Maison Pilates is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

 

REFUNDS & HOLDS

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, relocation, or any other reason.

We understand you may need to pause a Monthly Unlimited for health or travel. Holds are discretionary, minimum 10 days, requested in writing at least 14 days in advance. Up to 3 holds per calendar year. 

 

CLASS PASSES

5-Class Packs are valid for 30 days from purchase.
10-Class Packs are valid for 90 days from purchase.
No refunds, transfers, or suspensions on unused portions due to illness, injury, change of mind, or any other reason.


UNLIMITED

Unlimited memberships must begin within 3 days of purchase. Runs continuously from the start date for one month; unused time does not roll over. Weekly Unlimited / Couple Weekly Unlimited is valid from the first training day. Must be activated within one month of purchase.

 

MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age to attend classes is 16, unless management approves otherwise.


HEALTH INFORMATION

Please inform your instructor before class of any injuries or pregnancy.

 

CHILDREN & DOGS

We’re unable to host children or dogs in reception while you’re in class.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class sizes are limited. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system at least 12 hours before class start.

Late Cancel: within 12 hours of class time.
No Show: booked and did not attend.

Fees:

  • Late Cancel: IDR 100,000
  • No Show: IDR 100,000

Class Pack holders: Late Cancel / No Show = loss of one class.
Monthly Unlimited / Weekly Unlimited / Couple Weekly Unlimited: Late Cancel / No Show = IDR 100,000 fee.


PACKAGES

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be shared among multiple individuals.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / WAIVER

Classes at Maison Pilates are physically demanding. By attending, you acknowledge the risk of personal injury or property loss.

You agree that neither you nor your heirs/assigns will bring claims against Maison Pilates or its owners, employees, contractors, or instructors for any injury, loss, or wrongful death arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
