We offer two dedicated studios: one equipped for Reformer Pilates and the other for Mat Pilates and Yoga
Experience personalized training across two dedicated studios with certified instructors, premium equipment, and flexible class levels. Choose from Reformer Pilates, Micro Intense, or Mat Pilates in our welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.
A 45-minute intermediate Reformer Pilates workout. Full-body, challenging, and intense—push your limits, build strength, and leave feeling strong, accomplished, and totally satisfied.
A dynamic yoga class that blends fluid flows with sculpting sequences. Build strength, tone your body, and rise with energy, balance, and confidence—strong, centered, and empowered.
A 45-minute Reformer Pilates class focused on deep core strength. Targeted, challenging, and effective—build powerful abs, improve control, and feel the strength from your center.
Dynamic mat Pilates class focused on strengthening and toning the core. Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll build deep abdominal strength, improve stability, and enhance overall body control.
A 45-minute Reformer Pilates class all about glutes. Fun, fiery, and effective—your booty will shake, burn, and thank you later. Expect smiles, sweat, and serious results.
A fiery Mat Pilates class designed to tone and sculpt the full body. Spicy sequences, deep burns, and controlled movements—challenging, fun, and seriously effective. Get ready to shake, sweat, and feel amazing.
A strong, energizing yoga flow that builds strength, mobility, and focus. Expect continuous movement, powerful poses, and an uplifting rhythm that leaves you feeling grounded, sweaty, and recharged.
Gentle on the joints, powerful in results. This class combines targeted lymphatic drainage techniques — breathwork, rhythmic movement, and lower-body sequences — to reduce fluid retention, boost circulation, and support your body’s natural detox process. You’ll leave feeling lighter, toned, and genuinely refreshed.
Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using body weight for resistance, while Reformer Pilates involves a moving carriage and adjustable springs, providing variable resistance for a more dynamic workout.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety—anyone without grip socks will not be allowed to join the class. They are available for purchase at the studio.
No prior experience is necessary, as instructors can tailor exercises to your fitness level. It's helpful to inform the instructor if you're new to Reformer Pilates.
At this time, Maison Pilates does not participate in external collaborations or influencer partnerships. Our internal policy prioritizes a direct commitment to our community and the local economy.
We are deeply dedicated to supporting our employees and contributing positively to the economic growth of this island. We believe in building our brand through authentic excellence and the continued support of our clients who share this philosophy.
While we are not currently considering new partnerships, should we ever change our direction, it would only be for a project that provides significant and genuine support to our core mission and our team. We truly appreciate the passion our clients have for Maison Pilates and their dedication to the values we stand for.
Our signature method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength, cardio, endurance, core, and flexibility into a single 50-minute session.
Inspired by the Lagree® method, every movement is performed on our dynamic reformer machines and works multiple muscle groups at once through slow, controlled tension.
The result: your muscles shake, your heart rate climbs, and your body transforms faster than conventional training, with zero stress on the joints. If you already love Pilates, think of this as the next chapter.
They share some DNA — both use spring resistance and a moving carriage — but Micro Intense is a distinct method. Reformer Pilates focuses on control, alignment, and mind-body connection at moderate intensity. Micro Intense takes that foundation and layers in cardio endurance and high-intensity muscle fatigue. If Reformer Pilates is your baseline, Micro Intense is the next level.
No prior experience needed. We recommend starting with Micro Intense Fundamentals — a guided class designed to teach you the machine and the method at a manageable pace. Our instructors will walk you through every movement and adjust your positioning throughout. Once you're comfortable, you can move on to Micro Intense Fire.
Expect to be challenged — and surprised by how different it feels from anything you've done before. Movements are slow and deliberate, which sounds easy until your muscles start shaking. You'll work your entire body in 50 minutes and feel it for the next couple of days. Wear grip socks (available at the studio), bring water, and come ready to work.
Our group reformer classes are designed for ages 16 and above to ensure safety and class focus.
Some of our sessions can be quite challenging, and with 10 reformers in the room, it’s important that all participants can follow instructions confidently and keep up with the flow.
For younger teens (13–15 years old), we recommend private so they can train safely and enjoy the experience at their own pace.
The schedule is available 10 days in advance.
Bookings are highly recommended. If you show up at the studio without a pre-booking we cannot guarantee you a spot in the class.
No, sorry. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time may result in forfeiture of your spot. The studio doors will open 15 minutes before the class starts to give our team time to clean properly and do any prep before classes. Please check-in at reception before each class and allow plenty of time to get yourself ready for your class.

First Trimester (Weeks 1–13): We recommend avoiding group reformer classes during this stage, as it’s the most sensitive period of pregnancy.
Second Trimester (Weeks 14–27): You may join All Level or Stretch classes only — with prior doctor approval and advance notice to our team.
Third Trimester (Weeks 28+): Group reformer classes are not suitable. We recommend booking a private prenatal session instead for a more tailored experience.
⚠️ Please note: Power Form, Body Blast, and Booty & Core classes are not suitable at any stage of pregnancy.
These guidelines help ensure the safety of both you and your baby while maintaining a supportive environment for everyone in class. 💛
Instead, we suggest starting with a private prenatal session. This allows your instructor to guide you safely through movements, teach proper alignment and breathing techniques, and modify exercises based on your trimester and comfort level.
Once you’ve built familiarity and confidence — and with your doctor’s approval — our team can help you decide if you’re ready to join select group classes (typically in the second trimester).
If you’re new to Pilates and pregnant, we don’t recommend joining group reformer classes, as they move at a faster pace and aren’t tailored for pregnancy needs.
